CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BODYPUMP

A 60-minute barbell program to strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and great instructors. This class is for all ages and fitness levels with simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls.

BUTTS & GUTS 30

A 30-minute class which focuses totally on that midsection and backside. Come feel the burn.

CARDIO FLEX

60 minutes of rhythmic exercises combined with weights and core work.

CARDIO JAM

A 60-minute class that may include old school aerobics, cardio kickboxing, step aerobics and other forms of cardio to give you the ultimate cardio blast.

CORE BLAST 30

A 30-minute class focusing on exercises to strengthen the core.

CREATIVE MOVEMENT

A 60-minute class focusing on balance, flexibility and toning through dance conditioning exercising and other rhythmic movements.

CROSSTRAIN

A 60-minute class mixed with cardio drills, plyometric moves, athletic drills, strength exercises and core work! A must for all!

CROSSTRAIN 30

A 30 minute “Hit it Hard” version of Crosstrain.

*HIIT

60 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training with intervals of cardio and strength exercises. This class may use the Theater, Boxing room and/or the Aerobics room. Body Weight, Dumbbells, jump ropes, and other equipment may be incorporated into the workout.

INSTRUCTORS CHOICE

Different instructors will teach the format of their choice. The perfect way to mix up your workout.

KICKFIT PLUS

A 60-minute class geared towards improving functional movements with the use of kicking and boxing combos. This class will focus on core strengthening as well as resistance based exercises. A great way to burn calories and improve your physical health. Gloves are recommended for this class.

MAT PILATES

A 60-minute class that focuses on the body’s core using power, balance and movement.

MORNING FLOW

Greet the day building energy through sun salutations, incorporating foundational yoga poses to build strength and endurance, while improving flexibility and balance. All levels.

RIDE ON

A 60-minute class on a stationary bike simulating sprinting and climbing hills. No coasting in here and no helmets required!

RIDE ON 30

A 30-minute version of Ride On.

SLOW FLOW & RESTORE

A 60-minute class good for all levels. Though challenging, this class mostly focuses on strengthening, flexibility and stretching. Great for the joints, muscles and mind.

STRETCH & CORE

60 minutes of core strengthening exercises combined with stretching to maximize your time and effort as you start your day

TNT

Stands for Tight N Tone! A 60-minute total body workout that may include the use of Barbells, Dumbbells, BOSU balls and Bands.

*TREAD & CORE

A 60-minute class of high intensity Treadmill cardio drills involving both speed and incline. When done, we will transition to the core!

*TREAD & FLEX

A 30-minute class of high intensity cardio drills involving both speed and incline. Bring a full bottle of water and be ready to work. After 30 minutes we will transition into 30 minutes of strength training and sculpting. This class has it all!

*TREADWORX

A 60-minute class that you can’t walk away from- instead, walk off the pounds! Walkers, joggers, and runners will get on the treadmill for a class that is sure to please. Think the treadmill is boring? Try this!

*TREADWORX 30

Half hour version of Treadworx.

*TWILIGHT YOGA

This class is the perfect end to the day and week. Class is very chill with poses that encourage calm and balance, but is still challenging. Centering meditation will be followed by slow flow of strengthening and stretching postures with focus on breath and alignment. Some Yin postures will balance out the Yang and send you into a soothing Savasana to integrate your practice. All levels welcome.

VIN YIN

The first half of the class will feature an energetic vinyasa (yang) practice of both standing and seated poses. The second half of the class will consist of a yin practice where we will passively hold poses for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes) to release the connective tissues around the joints. Yogis of all levels are welcome!

VINYASA FLOW

A 60-minute yoga class featuring flowing sequences of poses that tie movement with breath. Class focuses on the flow, strength, alignment and power of the practice. Come be inspired, challenged and have fun! Options and modifications offered for all levels of practitioners.

WALK-AWAY

A 60-minute low impact, low to moderate intensity walking class that includes speed and incline intervals on the treadmill.

YOGA BASICS

This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches proper breathing and helps create a more comfortable feeling in the yoga practice. The pace of this class is slower to focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses but expect to be challenged both mentally and physically. Come prepared to learn, play and even break a sweat in a supportive environment.

ZUMBA®

Hypnotic Latin rhythms and moves fused with other World rhythms that create a one of a kind class guaranteed to make you sweat!!
