BODY PUMP: A 60 minute, barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curl this class is for all ages and fitness levels.
CARDIO PUMP: A 60 minute class consisting of high intensity cardio drills, kickboxing and strength exercises.
CREATIVE MOVEMENT: A 60 minute class focusing on balance, flexibility and toning through dance conditioning exercising and other rhythmic movements.
CROSS TRAIN: A 60 minute class that will have you alternating between high and low intensity cardio drills, plyometrics, athletic drills, and strength exercises! A must for all!
CORE & BALANCE YOGA: An All level class which focuses on Yoga asanas that strengthen our core and improve our balance. We will introduce inversions for all levels of yogis and yoginis. Beginners to all levels welcome.
DUATHALON: A calorie blasting class that begins with 30 minutes of TREADWORX followed by 30 minutes of SPINWORX.
FLIGHT YOGA: A 60 minute class geared to strengthen your core and provide the balance you needed to perform a variety of arm balancing and inverted poses. This class will leave you feeling stronger and agile and more accomplished!
FUSION: A 60 minute class of mat Pilates in fused with yoga moves. This class with challenge and improve your fitness levels.
GROUP KICK: This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self-confidence!
HATHA YOGA: A free flow yoga class that will energetically adhere to every individual’s personal needs as well as giving them the physical exercise to explore the inner workings of their resistance to press through to a happier standard of living.
HAPPY HOUR YOGA: A completely different kind of Happy Hour to kick off the weekend! Rock your asana on Friday nights with an energy lifting Vinyasa flow with contemporary music. An all levels medium pace class focused on movement and breath. You will leave refreshed, renewed and restored…a perfect start to the weekend.
MAT PILATES: A 1 hour class on the floor focusing on your core muscles (abs + low back), but may also include exercises for inner and outer thighs, glutes, chest, and shoulders.
POWER FLOW: A 60 minute yoga class that focus on flexibility, core strength, and relaxation. This class is considered intermediate to advance.
GROUP POWER: is Your Hour of Power! A 60 minute, barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. *RINGSIDE: A 60 minute full body conditioning workout incorporating drills, agility training, and bag work. This class will burn tons of calories! Gloves preferred but not required.
SPIN & MIDZONE: 30 minutes of spinning to increase your heart rate and burn to lean followed by 30 minutes of Midzone training.
SPINWORX: A 60 minute class on a stationary bike simulating sprinting and climbing hills. No coasting in here and no helmets required!
TNT: Stands for Tight N Tone! A 60 minute total body workout that may include the use of Barbells, Dumbbells, BOSU balls and Bands.
TNT Basics: Basic Tight N Tone exercises focusing on form and modifications. A 30 minute total body workout that may include the use of Barbells, Dumbbells, BOSU balls and Bands.
*TREADWORX: A 60 minute class that you can’t walk away from- instead, walk off the pounds! Walkers, joggers, and runners will get on the treadmill for a class that is sure to please. Think the treadmill is boring? Try this! *Please sign up at front desk, space is limited.
*TREAD & FLEX: A 30 minute class of high intensity cardio drills involving both speed and incline. Bring a full bottle of water and be ready to work. After 30 minutes we will transition into 30 minutes of strength training and sculpting. This class has it all!
*TWILITE YOGA: A 60 minute class to improve your flexibility and peace of mind in a candle light setting. . Bringing your own mat is suggested, but not required.
YIN YOGA: The perfect balance to your yang yoga practice. These positions will bypass the muscles and get to the deep connective tissue and joints.

ZUMBA®: Hypnotic Latin rhythms and moves fused with other World rhythms that create a one of a kind class guaranteed to make you sweat!!
ZUMBA® TONING: Zumba moves blended with body sculpting techniques to give you a calorie burning, strength training class. This class uses light weights.
